Allah is not a name but it is a common word! Translate me Allah akbar or Allah hu akbar, is always translated and in all languages by God is great or powerful! Allah = God, akbar = great or mighty. Which means that the name of the word Allah is necessarily the name of the one true God JEHOVAH, alive and with power. Jehovah whose diminutive is Jah, Yah.
